    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the world, and all packages are tracked. Tracking will be emailed or updated to the PayPal transaction at the time it is available. We use Taiwan Post, Canada Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our couriers.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We partner with Stripe and accept American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners Club, eftpos Australia, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments through PayPal.

    How long does shipping take?

    The majority of orders are delivered within 14 days worldwide, with exceptions for some uncommon or special order items. Please see your tracking for an estimate as to when your order will arrive.

    Where do you ship products from?

    We have three global hubs in which we stock our products: Taiwan, the USA and Canada. We always try to ship products from the hub that is closest to your delivery address. Some exceptions apply depending on product availability.

    Are returns accepted?

    Please reach out at the first point of concern and we will try to make it right. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will work with you to return an item or refund your purchase. See our dedicated return policy here.

    What currency are items listed in?

    Items are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) by default. However, you can switch to other currencies such as Euros or USD using the available currency switcher widget.
