How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the world. No exceptions.
What currency are items listed in?
Items are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) by default, however you can switch to USD, GBP, or EUR using the currency switcher at the bottom right of your screen.
Do you guys have a walk-in store?
Not yet. But it might happen.
How long does shipping take?
Orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. We are a warehouse and need to source, package and ship your order. The closer you are to a major city or hub, the faster you will get your order.
My order did not arrive, what do I do?
If you think that there may be a shipping problem or your package is lost, please send us a message on our Contact page. Remember to constantly check your tracking number which will tell you the most up to date location of your order.
My tracking number has stopped updating!
Sometimes international tracking numbers stop updating until the package has entered the receiving country, after which the updates resume. Please check back frequently!
My tracking number shows my order is coming from China, aren't you Canadian?
Although our HQ is in Toronto, Canada, we are a global company that ships from different warehouses around the world. Where your order ships from depends on the supplier, shipping time and closest distance to the destination address.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
